The San Cristobal Language School offers three very unique Age Specific Packages that have been created to meet the learning needs of the very young and of older adults, respectively. At the San Cristobal Language School we are sensitive to cognitive developmental changes. We know that the way you learn changes as you age.
Young children learn languages best in interactive environments by doing. Older adults learn languages best in more structured study sessions in which they first master the rules of grammar and then internalize vocabulary. Each of our Age Specific Packages is customized to meet a particular set of cognitive developmental needs.

Children Package
Children are able effortlessly to absorb foreign languages, especially if presented with opportunities to perform stimulating and fun tasks. Our Childrens Package,uses child friendly games and activities to teach children basic Spanish phrases and vocabulary.
The Childrens Package is designed for children ages 3-10. It is an ideal option for parents with young children who want to study Spanish in Mexico.

Adolescent Package
An adolescent combines some of the abilities of young children with those of an adult. The Adolescent Package is designed to take advantage of both sets of abilities. Classes focus on grammatical structures and on the mastery of them in the context of interesting educational activities.
- 1.5 hours of Grammatical Studies.
- 1.5 hours of Educational Activities.
The Adolescent Package is designed for children ages of 11-16. It is a perfect option for families with adolescent children.

Senior Package
Older adults learn in highly structured ways. Our Senior Spanish Package focuses on applications of grammatical rules and vocabulary building exercises. The package is ideal for older adults who want to challenge themselves by learning a foreign language.
Classes are for 3 hours a day and are divided into two segments:
- 1.5 hours of Comprehensive Grammatical studies.
- 1.5 hours of practice of the Applications and Uses.
Our Plus Packages offer an additional 1 hour per day of guided conversation practice designed to reinforce the lessons you have learned earlier in the day. Your teacher will provide each conversation with a social, cultural or historical focus so that along with an improved knowledge of Spanish you will acquire a better understanding of México.
